My God Heals! :)

I'm down with flu again today, and went to see the doctor this morning, and I've got one of the best news I've heard from the doctor. (Nope, I'm not pregnant, and I can't be... :P)

I'm healed of my hypertension! Praise the Lord! :D My blood pressure taken as of this morning is 120/80 mmHG, and the doctor said it was "very normal"!

Hypertension has always plagued me since my army days. My blood pressure has always been flactuating between slightly high and high (above 140/80 mmHG), never quite normal (normal is 120/80 mmHG, see attached table). I was sent to Tan Tock Seng hospital for review several times, but they couldn't quite figure out what was wrong. They said I was too young for medication, so they didn't put me on any yet.

The last time I had a blood pressure examination was in June last year, in the free medical examination by NKF in our church building. At that time, my blood pressure was still 168/90* mmHG. Since then, I've been praying hard for God to heal me. Today I'm 120/80! This is the lowest I ever heard for 8 years! Praise God! :D

I'm not going to take God's healing lightly. Going to exercise and keep myself fit from now on so I can live a long healthy life and live out the full potential God has placed in me.

Once again, thank You Lord for healing me.

[Christ] who Himself bore our sins in His own body on the tree, that we, having died to sins, might live for righteousness — by whose stripes you were healed. (1 Pet 2:34, NKJV)

* Figure could be +/- 10. I couldn't find my medical report so could not verify. But no matter, it's in the same severity classification.
